yāmaṃ mardyaṃ tu tadgolaṃ ruddhvā gajapuṭe pacet /
evaṃ kārpāsatoyāntaḥ sthāpyaṃ pācyaṃ puṭe pacet //

Having triturated that ball for a yāma and sealed it, one should cook it in an elephant-calcinating pit. / In this way it should be placed in cotton-plant water and cooked in a calcination.
