ebhistulyaṃ sattvatālaṃ mardayed ravidugdhakaiḥ /
dinaṃ vā vajriṇīdugdhaiḥ kūśmāṇḍasya dravaiśca vā //
one should triturate orpiment suitable for essence [extraction] with an equal quantity of these using milk of the sun-plant,
or for a day with milk of the pencil-cactus, or with juices of ash gourd.
