anenaiva baliṃ kṛtvā yathoktāmācaretkriyām /
<lohabhasmavidhiḥ (1)>
stanyena hiṅgulasyātha peṣayetpalapañcakam //

Having offered an oblation with this very [mantra], one should perform the prescribed rite. / <Method 1 for iron calx> / Then, one should grind five palas of cinnabar with breast milk.
