śuddhaṃ vajraṃ matkuṇānāṃ raktairliptvā dhametpunaḥ /
agnivarṇaṃ kṣipenmūtre gardabhasya punaḥ punaḥ //

Smearing purified diamond with the blood of bedbugs, one should blow on it [with a fire] again; / when it has the color of fire, one should throw it again and again into donkey's urine.
