rasendraṃ mardayettena gatadehaṃ tu kārayet
lepamātreṇa tenaiva kuṣṭhānaṣṭādaśa priye
arśo bhagaṃdaraṃ lūtāṃ śirorogāṃśca nāśayet //
With that he should grind the lord of mercury and cause it to lose its form;
by merely smearing that, O beloved,
he destroys the eighteen skin diseases, hemorrhoids, anal fistula, spider-bite poison, and diseases of the head.
