valkalaṃ sūkṣmacūrṇaṃ tu madhunā sahitaṃ lihet
ardhamāsaprayogeṇa pratyakṣo 'yaṃ bhavet priye //
One should lick the fine powder of the bark together with honey;
by a practice of half a month, O beloved, this becomes visible to the eyes.
