tatsiddhatailenābhyaṅgaṃ mardanaṃ cāpi kārayet
māsamekaṃ tato mardyaṃ dehasiddhiṃ karoti ca //
One should also perform anointing and rubbing with the oil prepared with it; / rubbed for one month from then, it produces perfection of the body.
