rājāvartaṃ tataḥ sūte yojayet pādayogataḥ
kumārīrasasaṃghṛṣṭā kṛtaikā guṭikā śubhā
rogamṛtyujarā hanti vaktrasthā nātra saṃśayaḥ //

Then one should add lapis lazuli in one-fourth measure to the mercury. / Triturated with aloe vera juice, an auspicious pill is formed; / held in the mouth, it destroys disease, death, and old age, there is no doubt.
