tarpaṇādi-kramo mataḥ
nirhared vamanasyātaḥ pākaṃ na pratipālayet |
dur-balo bahu-doṣaś ca doṣa-pākena yaḥ svayam || 48 ||

the regimen beginning with refreshing drinks is regarded.
Hence one should extract [the waste] of emesis; one should not await digestion.
One who is weak and has abundant humours, through the digestion of humours spontaneously
