danta-prapīḍanotkāsa-gaṇḍādhmānāni cācaret |
pṛṣṭhato yantrayec cainaṃ vastram āveṣṭayan naraḥ || 21 ||

And one should cause clenched teeth, coughing, and puffing of the cheeks;
and a man should restrain him from behind, wrapping him with a cloth. // 21
