vasti-dvāre vipannāyāḥ kukṣiḥ praspandate yadi |
janma-kāle tataḥ śīghraṃ pāṭayitvoddharec chiśum || 53 ||
If the abdomen of a woman who has died at the brim of the pelvis still quivers / at the time of delivery, then he should quickly cut open [her belly] and extract the child.
