kṣata-kṣīṇa-parīsarpa-śastrāgni-glapitātmanām |
vāta-pitta-viṣonmāda-śoṣā-lakṣmī-jvarāpaham || 38 ||

for those emaciated by chest wounds, erysipelas, or weakened by weapons and fire;
it dispels wind, bile, poison, insanity, wasting, inauspiciousness, and fever.
