balyāḥ kilāṭa-pīyūṣa-kūrcikā-moraṇādayaḥ |
śukra-nidrā-kapha-karā viṣṭambhi-guru-doṣalāḥ || 41 ||
Kilāṭa, colostrum, kūrcikā, moraṇa, and the like are strength-giving,
producing semen, sleep, and phlegm, causing constipation, heavy, and aggravating the humours.
