adho yāpyaṃ calād yasmāt tat pracchardana-sādhanam |
alpauṣadhaṃ ca pittasya vamanaṃ na varauṣadham || 11 ||
The downward [form] is manageable with difficulty because of [association with] the moving [wind], since it is manageable by emesis; / and there are few medicines for bile, and emesis is not the best medicine [for it].
