kāsa-śvāsāgni-vaiṣamya-karṇa-nāda-bhramāvahāḥ |
tair ārto grathitaṃ stokaṃ sa-śabdaṃ sa-pravāhikam || 32 ||
bringing cough, dyspnoea, irregularity of the digestive fire, ringing in the ears, and giddiness.
Afflicted by these, [the patient passes feces that are] nodular, scanty, noisy, and with tenesmus. // 32
