vyāno gṛhītvā śleṣmāṇaṃ karoty arśas tvaco bahiḥ |
kīlopamaṃ sthira-kharaṃ carma-kīlaṃ tu taṃ viduḥ || 57 ||

Vyāna [wind], seizing phlegm, produces a haemorrhoid outside the skin / resembling a peg, firm and rough; and that they know as a skin peg (wart). // 57
