riṣṭoktaṃ yac ca yac cāsthi-majja-śukra-samāśrayam |
yāpyaṃ medo-gataṃ kṛcchraṃ pitta-dvandvāsra-māṃsa-gam || 32 ||
and that which is declared fatal, and that which is lodged in bone, marrow, or semen.
That which has reached fat is manageable; that which involves bile, a pair of humours, blood, or flesh is difficult to cure; || 32
