śleṣma-kṣaya-vivṛddhoṣmā bala-vān analas tadā |
yathocite 'tha-vā kāle deśa-sātmyānurodhataḥ || 80 ||
Then the digestive fire becomes strong, its heat increased by the diminution of phlegm; / or [he should eat] at the appropriate time, in accordance with the suitability of the region.
