śastrādi-sādhanaḥ kṛcchraḥ saṃkare ca tato gadaḥ |
śeṣa-tvād āyuṣo yāpyaḥ pathyābhyāsād viparyaye || 32 ||
Curable with difficulty is a disease treatable by instruments and so forth, and from a mixture [of features].
Manageable is one [sustained] through the remainder of life-span and the practice of wholesome regimens; in the reverse case, || 32
