jīrṇārśo-grahaṇī-doṣa-śoṣārtānāṃ paraṃ hitāḥ |
nāti-śīta-guru-snigdhaṃ māṃsam ājam a-doṣalam || 63 ||
are supremely beneficial for those suffering from chronic haemorrhoids, grahaṇī disorders, and emaciation; / goat meat is not overly cooling, heavy, or unctuous, and does not aggravate the humours.
