lāva-rohita-godhaiṇāḥ sve sve varge varāḥ param || 67 ||
Fish strongly increase phlegm; the cilicīma fish aggravates all three humours. / The quail, the rohita fish, the monitor lizard, and the blackbuck are each the best in their respective groups.
