sneho 'mla-lavaṇair yukto bahu-vātasya śasyate |
sneham eva paraṃ vidyād dur-balānala-dīpanam || 68 ||
An unctuous substance combined with sour and salty [tastes] is commended for one with abundant wind. / One should know that only an unctuous substance is supreme for kindling a weak digestive fire.
