ānāha-vāte surayā vāta-roge prasannayā || 18 ||

It should be drunk with buttermilk by those with abdominal enlargement; with jujube water by those with abdominal tumors;
with surā liquor in [distension by] wind with abdominal distension; and with clear liquor in wind disease. || 18
