jīrṇe hitaṃ mitaṃ cādyān na vegān īrayed balāt |
na vegito 'nya-kāryaḥ syān nā-jitvā sādhyam āmayam || 19 ||
When [earlier food] is digested, one should eat what is wholesome and moderate; one should not forcibly initiate bodily urges; / one should not engage in other duties while experiencing an urge, nor without having cured a curable disease. // 19
