vardhayet payasā sārdhaṃ tathaivāpanayet punaḥ |
jīrṇauṣadhaś ca bhuñjīta ṣaṣṭikaṃ kṣīra-sarpiṣā || 99 ||
one should increase together with milk, and likewise reduce [them] again; / and when the medicine is digested, one should eat ṣaṣṭika rice with milk and ghee. // 99
