mārkava-sva-rase piṣṭād
chāyā-viśuṣkaṃ guṭikārdham adyāt pūrvaṃ samastām api tāṃ krameṇa |
bhajed viriktaḥ krama-śaś ca maṇḍaṃ peyāṃ vilepīṃ rasakaudanaṃ ca || 166 ||
From [the mass] ground in mārkava juice
and dried in the shade, he should eat half a pill at first, and then gradually the whole pill;
having been purged, he should sequentially take scum, thin gruel, thick gruel, and meat-juice rice. // 166
