bṛṃhaṇaṃ laṅghanaṃ vālam ati-medo-'gni-vāta-jit |
madhura-snigdha-sauhityair yat saukhyena ca naśyati || 32 ||
Neither nourishing therapy nor lightening therapy is adequate to conquer excess fat, digestive fire, and wind, / which are resolved with difficulty through sweet, unctuous, and heavy satisfaction, and through ease. // 32
