1.56

cikitsājvarayorasrakāsayoḥ śvāsayakṣmaṇoḥ |

vamau madātyaye 'rśassu viśi dvau dvau ca mūtrite ||

athavā pippalīmūlaguḍūcīviśvabheṣajam ||

saśophadāhasaṃrambhamanyāstambhāpatānakāḥ |

teṣāṃ yathāmayaṃ kuryādvibhajyāśu cikitsitam ||

Therapeutics: of fevers, bleeding disorders and coughs, dyspnea and consumption, / emesis, alcoholism, hemorrhoids, diarrhea, two on urinary disorders, / Or pippalī root, guḍūcī, and dried ginger. / Accompanied by swelling, burning sensation, irritation, neck stiffness, and convulsions; / for these, one should quickly perform treatment appropriate to the disease according to classification.
