ambhobhiḥ pūrṇadṛtivatkṣobhaṃ yāti saruṅmṛduḥ ||

Having combined the three pungents, karañja fruit, the two turmerics, and the root of mātuluṅgī,
pills dried in the shade made of these would destroy viṣūcikā when used as a collyrium for the eyes.

Or if both swell without the body [swelling], he goes to dissolution within a month.

Like a water-skin filled with waters, it is agitated, painful, and soft.

When enlarged, it would kill suddenly; therefore, one should overcome it in haste.

Coppery, suppurated, discharging blood and pus, it is burned and repeatedly inflated.
