12.49

citrako 'gnisamaḥ pāke śophārśaḥkṛmikuṣṭhahā |

pañcakolakametacca maricena vinā smṛtam |

gulmaplīhodarānāhaśūlaghnaṃ dīpanaṃ param ||

Citraka is equal to fire in digestion, and destroys edema, hemorrhoids, worms, and skin diseases.
This is known as the pañcakola without black pepper;
it is foremost in destroying abdominal swelling, spleen disease, enlargement of the abdomen, flatulence, and colic, and in stimulating digestion.
