bhavati cātra |
rasādibhedairiti bheṣajānā diṅmātramuktaṃ na yato 'sti kiñcit |
anauṣadhaṃ dravyamihāvabodho rūpasya teṣāṃ vanagocarebhyaḥ ||
And here it is said: / Thus, by distinctions of taste and the like, only a mere direction regarding medicines has been stated, because no substance exists here / that is not a medicine; the knowledge of their appearance is to be obtained from forest-dwellers.
