Dyspnea, cough, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, abdominal enlargement, menorrhagia, fever, / viṣūcikā, alasaka, vomiting, pregnancy, erysipelas, and anemia. // Therefore, in women one should bring down the knife downwards like a lap. / In their case, otherwise indeed, a urine-discharging wound occurs; and in a man, from laceration of the urethra. / A urinary bladder perforated on one side on account of a calculus heals, / because of repetition of the procedure, excision prescribed by the treatise, and because the foreign body does not move and has enlarged. / But a urinary bladder perforated on both sides does not heal, even by the size of a calculus. // That is difficult to cure; but it is palliable when piercing the second layer.
