dehe śīghraṃ visarpanti te 'ntarantaḥsthitā bahiḥ |
bahiḥsthā dvitaye dvisthāḥ vidyāttatrāntarāśrayam ||
spread rapidly in the body: staying inside, [they spread] inward; located outside, [they spread] outward;
located in both, [they spread] in both. One should know internal resort there:
