prāṇādayastathānyonyamāvṛṇvanti yathākramam |
sarvepi viṃśatividhaṃ vidyādāvaraṇaṃ ca tat ||
śītānālepasekādīn mukhe mūrdhni ca śīlayet ||
Likewise, prāṇa and the others obstruct one another in turn; / and one should know that all that obstruction is of twenty kinds. // One should apply cold ointments, washes, and the like to the face and the head.
