sthānānyavekṣya vātānāṃ vṛddhiṃ hāniṃ ca karmaṇām |
prāṇādīnāṃ ca pañcānāṃ miśramāvaraṇaṃ mithaḥ ||
pūrvavat puṭapākaśca kāryastimiranāśanaḥ ||
Having observed the locations of the winds and the increase and decrease of their actions, / and the mutual combined obstruction of the five [winds] beginning with prāṇa, // a puṭapāka should be performed as before to destroy cataract.
