rasaḥ svāduryathā caitattathānyeṣvapi dṛśyate |
vātalaṃ kaphapittaghnamamlamapyākṣakīphalam ||
āyāsādhvadivāsvapnayānayānāni ca tyajet ||
Just as this is so with sweet taste, so it is observed with others as well; / the fruit of bibhītaka increases vāta and destroys kapha and pitta, although it is sour; / and one should avoid exertion, travel, daytime sleeping, and riding in vehicles.
