yojayettriphalāṃ pathyā guḍūcīṃ pippalīṃ pṛthak |
taistairvidhānaiḥ saguḍaṃ bhallātakamathāpi vā ||
hastābhyāmutthito vāyuḥ saparvānuplavaḥ smṛtaḥ ||
One should administer triphalā, pathyā, guḍūcī, or pippalī individually, / according to various procedures, or bhallātaka with jaggery. // Wind arising from the hands, accompanied by a flood through the joints, is remembered.
