Due to absence of irregularity, after seven nights, and on account of fasting,
one should administer an unctuous enema in fever, and similarly oleation according to the wastes.
Likewise the root of saptalā; but these are sharp and spreading; / one should prepare them in phlegm-diseases, abdominal enlargements, artificial poisoning, swelling, and so forth.
Ghee prepared with the bark of kaṭvaṅga destroys abdominal diseases.
