2.60

dhātumūtraśakṛdvāhisrotasāṃ vyāpino malāḥ |

tāpayantastanuṃ sarvāṃ tulyadūṣyādivardhitāḥ ||

pratiśyāyāsyavairasyaśiraḥ kaṇṭhāmayāpahān ||

ātāmraśyāvatīkṣṇoṣṇamāśukāri vikāṣi ca ||

kṣāramastuyutaṃ hanti śīghraṃ dantodbhavodbhavān |

vividhānāmayānetadvṛddhakāśyapanirmitam ||

The wastes pervading the channels carrying the bodily tissues, urine, and feces, / burning the entire body and aggravated by similar vitiated elements and the like,
remove catarrh, bad taste in the mouth, and diseases of the head and throat.
Slightly copper-colored and dark, sharp, hot, fast-acting, and spreading,
combined with alkali and whey, it quickly destroys the various diseases / arising from teething; this was composed by the Elder Kāśyapa.
