21.38
āmena tena sampṛktā doṣā dūṣyāśca dūṣitāḥ |
samā ityupadiśyante ye ca rogāstadudbhavāḥ ||
chitvādho 'yaḥkumbhaṃ rasasaṃgrahaṇāya nidadhīta ||
The doṣas mixed with that āma, and the tissues vitiated by it, / are taught as sāma, as are the diseases arising from them.
Having cut beneath, one should place an iron pot to collect the resin.
