madhurasnigdhasauhityairyat saukhyena ca naśyati |
kraśimā sthavimātyantaviparītaniṣevaṇaiḥ ||
vātānulomanaṃ kāryaṃ mūtrāśayaviśodhanam ||
Whereas emaciation is destroyed with ease by sweet and unctuous nourishment and comfort, / corpulence [is destroyed only] by resorting to absolute opposites; / carminative treatment of vāta and purification of the urinary bladder should be performed.
