śuktodgārabhramaśvāsakāsāḥ snehātisevanāt |

amātrayāhito 'kāle mithyāhāravihārataḥ |

snehaḥ karoti śophārśastandrānidrāvisaṃjñatāḥ ||

Sour belching, dizziness, dyspnea, and cough arise from excessive use of lipid; / unwholesome, out of measure, at the wrong time, or due to improper food and conduct, / lipid produces edema, hemorrhoids, drowsiness, sleep, and unconsciousness;
