For in one who has not undergone emesis, the medicine, impaired by śleṣman, moves upward;
or it remains obstructed in the chest;
consequently, it is insufficient for purgation.
And even in one who is properly purged, śleṣman fallen downward covers the grahaṇī and causes heaviness,
or dysentery.
However, this fault does not apply to one with an excessively hard bowel, because it is of the nature of vāyu.

Some call that indralupta, and others rujā.
