mātrāṃ tripalikāṃ kuryāt snehamākṣikayoḥ pṛthak |
karṣārdhaṃ māṇimanthasya svasthe kalkapaladvayam ||
For a healthy person, one should make the measure of the unctuous substance and honey three palas each,
half a karṣa of rock salt, and two palas of paste.
