28.71

pīḍite 'nugate snehe snehabastikramo hitaḥ |

bastīnanena vidhinā dadyāt trīṃścaturo 'pi vā ||

caturguṇenapayasā kalkairebhiśca kārṣikaiḥ ||

When the enema bladder is pressed and the unctuous substance has entered, the regimen of unctuous enema is beneficial.
By this procedure, one should administer three or four enemas,
with four times the quantity of milk and these pastes weighing one karṣa each;
