pramāṇaṃ pratimarśasya bindudvitayamiṣyate |
bindurvā yena cotkleśo nānutkliṣṭasya jāyate ||
āsrāvaścātra majjamiśraḥ sarudhiraḥ snigdhaśca ||
The measurement of pratimarśa is held to be two drops, / or one drop, by which aggravation does not occur in one whose [doṣas] are not aggravated.
And here the discharge is mixed with marrow, bloody, and unctuous.
