29.23

na cātra yantraṇā nāpi vyāpadbhyo marśavadbhayam |

tailameva ca nasyārthe nityābhyāsena śasyate |

śirasaḥ śleṣmadhāmatvāt snehāḥ svasthasya netare ||

Nor is there here any restriction, nor fear of complications as with marśa. / Oil alone is commended for nasal therapy for daily practice, / since the head is the abode of śleṣman, and for a healthy person, other unctuous substances are not [desirable].
