evaṃ trirātraṃ pañcarātraṃ saptarātraṃ vānupālya tato yavakolakulatthayūṣeṇa laghunā cānnapānena |
Having observed [this regimen] for three nights, five nights, or seven nights, [she should] then [be sustained] with a soup of barley, jujube, and horse gram, and with light food and drink.
