3.70

nodakāvataraṇasvapnān nagno na ca+ācaret |

pañcapiṇḍānanuddhṛtya na snāyāt paravāriṇi ||

pañcabhiḥ pañcamūlaiśca siddhamādyaistadarthakṛt ||

Nor should one enter the water or sleep naked. / One should not bathe in another's body of water without first lifting out five lumps [of mud]. / [Therapeutic text intercalated: And prepared with the five groups of five roots, it accomplishes that purpose;]
