Aṣṭāṅgasaṃgraha 32.57

śroṇyāṃ vā pṛṣṭvaṃśe vā vakṣasyakṣakayostathā |
vimokṣe bhagnasandhīnāṃ vidhimenaṃ samācaret ||
In the pelvis, or in the spine, or in the chest and collarbones likewise,
one should perform this procedure in cases of dislocation of broken joints.
